For example, the Model 200 motor was customized for use in a high-tech blood mixer and featured wireless communication and information transfer, a built-in barcode scanner, and proprietary mixing action. Hospitals and blood banks throughout the world have since utilized this popular tool.
The Model 200 motor has also been used in the field of athletics. Another customer used the motor to develop a portable lactate analyzer designed for coaches and trainers to monitor lactate levels of elite athletes during their training, which proved to be as accurate and precise as a laboratory analyzer. This motor was mated with a customized gearbox designed specifically for the application.
